*Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk of Choosing A Friday
You have the option to add Thursday from 1:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1000 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your reversal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to Friday rental you're getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.
This is a great option for many of our couples!
Music and bar conclude by 11:00 pm on Friday's and Saturday's and by 10:00 pm on Sunday's and weeknights.
Weekday Rental (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday's) are $2,950.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Montgomery Creek Ranch dba Boondocks Barn and Lodge listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - $250
Indiana charges a 7% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contact rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the tour date (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book or before we open a future calendar year for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the tour date.)
Boondocks Barn & Lodge on Montgomery Creek Ranch has no hidden fees. Linens, decor, and a grand sparkler exit are the only things we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. (You don't have to get linens or decor through us - it's totally optional.)
